Medstrom's mission is to provide a unique service that is tailored to meet your needs, we have the expertise to innovate solutions that are sought after and will help reduce financial risk; our service offering is growing in a way that we believe will add more and more value to the management of equipment in any clinical setting now and in the future.

Today Medstrom manage 17,000 bed frames, 15,000 foam surfaces and 5 thousand dynamic mattresses across 28 hospital sites in the UK. Our experienced service personnel are based from 16 service locations nationally, providing a very responsive personal service to our customers.  Between these locations the team carry out 130,000 jobs a year and over 1000 installations and removals of specialist support surfaces for the very dependent patient. This specialist service involves the delivery of critical care or bariatric solutions as and when the patients require it. 

We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver this day to day service as well as work with individual customers to drive through improvements. In tandem we are driving innovative solutions which will transform the way equipment is managed in hospitals.

Medstrom is also focused in providing a range of unique, niche Medical products for hospitals that are focused around prevention of risk; we have developed some key partnerships with world class manufacturers enabling us to select specialist medical products which will help to minimise the risk of cross contamination; reduce falls, enhance patient experience, reduce skin breakdown and reduce injuries associated with handling - thus ensuring safety of patients and their carers.
